It is important to have a legally binding will, so that you family are aware of your wishes and to protect them after you pass away. It is also prudent to have an Enduring Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents in case you are unable to make decisions about your finances, medical intervention or your day to day decisions, some one you trust can make those decisions for you.
